At this time I am only accepting new patients who are adults looking for psychological or neuropsychological testing services. The best way to get in touch with me is via email. I am licensed in both NH and MA and able to see people in person (in Bedford, NH) or via Zoom. I work with older adolescents and adults on a broad range of issues, including: Depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, coping with chronic pain, trauma, sexual health and wellness, questions of spirituality, meaning and purpose, and life transitions.
I typically integrate a variety of approaches to treatment, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy. However, I believe at the heart of successful therapy is not specific techniques or approaches, rather it is developing a strong relationship between myself and my clients.
I view therapy as a collaboration between myself and my clients, and I strive to create an environment of support, compassion, and non-judgment. Strong relationships are built by deeply knowing, understanding and respecting my clients and their struggles. No matter what you are experiencing, big or small, I would be honored to work with you.
