If you have unresolved trauma or issues from a previous relationship, childhood, or unhealthy friendships that are causing you to mistrust others and even questioning your faith, you might benefit from trauma-informed therapy to help resolve these issues. I'm a National Board Certified Counselor and Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider passionate about assisting people to break free from the negative cycles preventing them from living an optimal life. I lean on evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide my clients in managing their life stressors or symptoms more effectively to help enhance their quality of life.
I specialize in resolving emotional, behavioral, and relational issues, caused by anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, & other mental illnesses. My therapeutic approach and training rely on models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift mindsets, EMDR & Brainspotting to heal from trauma, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT) to initiate change.
