I work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, phase of life issues, and many other challenges.

I am a somatic & mindfulness-based EMDR certified therapist. I utilize an integration of other theories and techniques with individuals as well as EFT with couples. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we will work together to heal old wounds, learn new ways of thinking, process traumatic events, and practice new skills.
