As a psychotherapist I work with clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their history that has lead them to relate to themselves and the world in certain ways. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Exposure and Response Prevention and use these treatment approaches to address various issues including anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, etc. As well as pursuing training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. With psychodynamic treatment I help clients dig deeper to understand what is beneath the surface so that we can together work through these issues .
I work at McLean Hospital in the Behavioral Health Partial Program and have a private practice that I meet with clients individually for psychotherapy. I currently am practicing virtually.
I offer a warm and compassionate style to all of my clients and feel it is so important to understand everyone's unique needs to that I can tailor the treatment to you. I very much look forward to hearing from you!
