Through compassion and reflective listening, I aim to inspire clients to let go of self-doubt and limiting beliefs and reconnect with their most authentic selves.
I offer an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, incorporating somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and various expressive arts. I am a warm and humorous person dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore and process life as it happens.
