I am profoundly blessed to do work that I love. I strive to deeply witness, understand and hold space for you in your moments of pain and uncertainty. My approach is integrative, I utilize a strength based, humanistic and relational perspective.
I hold a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College and have 19 years of social service and counseling experience. My background is in trauma recovery, grief and medical and health psychology. I work with individuals, couples and families. My clients are the experts of their own lives, strong, capable and wise.
