As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with both individuals and couples, I offer an adaptive approach to counseling, recognizing that the needs of each individual are unique.
Utilizing a blended approach of Cognitive-Behavioral and Person-Centered therapy, I aim to ensure that my clients are not only heard and validated, but learn to apply newfound insight to the construct of their lives. I blend evidence-based practices into my couples counseling, in an effort to optimize a successful outcome for you and your partner.
My therapeutic approach is warm and casual, as I place an emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients. With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I am confident that my skills can be utilized for the greater-good of your therapeutic process.
