Accepting new clients. My passion is assisting clients to understand the role they have been living that is no longer serving them while simultaneously discovering their truest self. Often my clients come in feeling depressed, anxious and confused living a life that they are not even sure how they landed in. I thrive on guiding my clients back to their core self and co-creating with them their very best life. I specialize in working with women of all ages and backgrounds.
I blend traditional interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with Archetypal Psychology. I also work with couples and families from an Emotionally Focused Model.
