I specialize in somatic approaches to trauma, including childhood abuse and toxic relationship trauma. We all have parts, such as an inner critic or perfectionist. These parts develop in response to stress and trauma for the purpose of our survival. Understanding and embracing our parts can help increase self-compassion and support the core self to heal.
In support racial and social justice, I strive to show up from a place of cultural humility and acknowledgement of systems of oppression. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I celebrate the broad spectrum of identities that exist around sexual orientation, gender, and relationship style, including those who identify as queer, transgender, non-binary, and asexual.
