Therapy is work, but changes that we want to make in our life come from small, focused efforts every day. It is an honor to be a part of the change process in people’s lives. I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and general life stressors with couples, teens, and adults to empower them to lead a fulfilling life in whatever areas they desire to see change.
I have training and experience in many modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and ART to work with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have advanced training, and am working toward certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Couples and relational therapy is a focus of mine. I know that when our relationships are healthy - we can tackle more in life!
My style of therapy is client centered and humanistic. Through my EFT training I have learned the art of honoring your challenges and stuck places, but we can still work together on challenging you to be the best version of yourself together!
