I bring 35 years of experience, with many areas of expertise, to my practice. This breadth lets me match an effective approach with each need. My clinical understanding is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other approaches.
I appreciate Internal Family Systems' accessibility and lasting Self-reliance. I offer the Individual Therapy component of Dialectical Behavior Therapy for clients who participate in Skills Training Group elsewhere. I've also witnessed significant results using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with certain issues.
