I practice from a compassionate, trauma-informed, and acceptance-oriented approach in order to help you identify, explore, and challenge stuck points. I often work with teens and adults regarding concerns related to attachment, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and significant life transitions.
In sessions, we may work to build your anxiety-management tools, process trauma, improve your relationship with your emotions, gain clarity about stuck points, challenge unhelpful patterns, or improve communication skills, all with the goal of freeing you to live a more fulfilling life.
