That’s where I come in—helping you see things from a different perspective and offering the support you need to navigate those challenges. I believe you ultimately know what’s best for you, and my role is to help you uncover that. Together, we’ll work to bring clarity to your concerns, turning confusion into confidence. I’ll ask a lot of questions because I genuinely want to get to know you, and I’ll always stay updated on what’s going on in your life—no awkward silences here!
I bring a diverse, open-minded approach to counseling, creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and never judged. One of my favorite things to do is bring order to chaos—whether that’s emotional, mental, or situational. We’ll focus on understanding your personal experiences, and I’ll tailor our work to meet your unique goals.
Outside of therapy, I'm an astrology enthusiast who finds surprising insights in the stars. I also have an interesting hobby—my ant farm!
