Anxiety, negative thoughts, and feelings of disconnection can prevent you from living the life you envision for yourself and deserve. My practice is built upon an idea from Ram Dass stating "we are all just walking each other home". I believe that we were not meant to live a life of solitude, and that having someone in your corner as you navigate life's challenges is crucial for success. Through genuine curiosity, radical acceptance, and a healthy dose of humor, we can write a powerful story of self-acceptance and harmony for your life. You can expect our sessions to feel warm and engaging as we work toward your personal goals.

I believe that your body reflects your emotional state. I hold certifications in complex trauma, DBT, and have extensive experience working with mindfulness and somatics through yoga teacher training & the Embody Lab. These modalities allow for us to approach issues in a holistic way. Please know that all bodies and presentations are valued and welcome.
