But once you have done the work that brought you here originally you will be able to navigate life more effectively. And we both know you can live with that.
I'am blessed to work in a field where I get to hear peoples stories and partner with them to transcend the dark and messy parts of their lives. I use a wide range of approaches and interventions because your problems are unique to you. We will do hard work at a pace that is complimentary to where you are at.
Let me help you with a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach. We will face some harsh realities and truths but we will do it together as a team. We will come to terms with things we have to accept and work towards changing behavior to better ourselves.
