I would best define myself as an eclectic therapist focused on fostering a comfortable environment for those looking to share, explore, and alleviate their challenges. I utilize CBT, psychodynamic, and other models to guide the therapeutic experience. I have experience working with individuals facing mental health, substance use, and job/relational difficulties.
My practice has always been client-driven, and I understand that different therapeutic modalities and tools do not always yield the same results for everyone.
