My ideal client would be someone who is either a teen or twenty-something. This person would need help with self-esteem, coping skills or transitions. They likely struggle with anxiety, depression, or PTSD. The adults that I enjoy treating would also come from a place of transitions. I have experience & expertise in helping with organization & executive functioning skills. Intersecting identities is another passion area for me, that I enjoy helping clients to explore. My history at Richmont also gives me skills to work with those struggling with religion & spirituality.
I earned my undergraduate a B.S. in Public Policy, from Georgia State University. I graduated with a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and certificate in Trauma Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. I work primarily from a cognitive behavioral approach, where through changing our thoughts and actions, we can create changes in our lives.
