I specialize in a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, adjustment, athletic performance, and relationships across the lifespan focusing on both teens and adults. Also, I have several different areas that I have been trained in, and I find it most useful to match my training to what best fits each client's individualized needs.
