Accepting New Clients: You’re working hard to improve the quality of your relationship but you’re not sure how to navigate the unexpected roadblocks. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have expertise in guiding couples through these and other relationship challenges. My client-centered approach to therapy enables me to understand the unique characteristics of your relationship and to help you build on your existing strengths.
I believe in the power of understanding your individual needs, values, and aspirations. My role is to help you find the solutions that work for your relationship. I am trained in EMDR and able to integrate other therapies to find what works for you.
I serve all ethnicities and genders. I do not accept insurance. I am available in person or via telehealth by appointment only. I also work with athletes to overcome performance blocks and I work one-on-one with individuals 14+ who have experienced trauma.
