I believe everyone is capable of change and it is my privilege to walk along side you as you begin your therapeutic journey.
Using a strong systemic foundation, my approach to therapy includes helping you identify dysfunctional patterns, implementing boundaries with others and helping you identify where your triggers come from. I believe it is inportant to understand your past, in order to make sense of the present, and identify coping skills for the future.
