I practice an integrative approach to counseling that incorporates a combination of interventions including family systems, attachment, brain awareness, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I specialize in working with persons who experienced trauma and relational wounds, suffer from low self-worth and loss of identity - helping clients explore toxic shame.
