While each person's story is different, we all deserve a safe place to be heard, seen, and understood. It would be my honor to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to tell your story as you takes steps toward healing and wholeness. From time to time, we all need help sorting out our emotions and figuring out where to go next. I am prepared to work with a wide variety of issues: trauma, emotional difficulties, relationship dynamics, grief/loss, etc. I work with each of my clients to create goals specific for them.
I graduated from NOBTS with a MA in Clinical Mental Health. I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Shorter University. I am passionate about helping individuals better understand God and His love for them, and in turn better understanding themselves. My training has focused on trauma-informed therapy for individual clients, ages 13+.
