I use a person-centered approach working with you to identify your goals for change & growth at your pace. I offer a combination of evidence based therapeutic modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Structural Dissociation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, & Mindfulness.
