My primary clinical experience is working with ages 9+ but my new endeavor is combining mental wellbeing with physical wellbeing. Being credentialed as therapist and as a certified personal trainer allows me to help individuals in therapy sessions but also through physical exercise programming. Many people find it intimidating to start or restart their fitness journey so that's where I come in- providing informational and emotional support to start working on mental as well as physical goals. In therapy sessions we will focus on the mind while in fitness sessions we will focus on the body, creating a holistic process.
My hope is to build a relationship with all of my clients that combines a welcoming environment but also a challenging relationship that helps you look deep inside yourself. I believe everyone is still able to change their story, learn from their past, and learn new skills to deal with the inevitable stressors that we all face.
