I work with Adults, Teens & Children in a compassionate, non-judgmental way that fosters trust. I often help my clients identify themes and patterns that cause distressing emotions. I have worked in several different kinds of mental health facilities. Teach classes, speak to private and corporate-sector groups, and have experience across many other areas.
Since opening the doors, 30 years ago, I have provided patients with a wide range of services. I am a proponent of compassion, humor, and a non-judgmental stance. I strive to explore the strengths and uniqueness of each person and believe everyone possesses inner wisdom. I especially want my clients to feel safe, heard, and understood.
