I work with with couples, families and individuals to fully realize their potentials and help them have the experiences they want in their lives and relationships. This can prove especially difficult when there are so many factors affecting one's well-being; a boss at work that doesn't respect you, a spouse that doesn't understand you, a friend that doesn't contact you. I try to explore all of these influences and help you find the place where you want to be in. Who said relationships have to be difficult or dreadful to experience?
My years of experience working with couples and families have left me with a unique outlook on relationships which combines a realistic approach to problem solving yet a positive one. Using the Gottman approach, I tend to focus on individual and relationship strengths and try to build a stronger foundation on which your relationship can grow and prosper.
I try to build a non-judgmental environment for my clients to be able to express their deepest wishes and needs in both their individual lives and relationships.
