I graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 2015 with my Bachelor’s in Psychology, while researching the development of children’s knowledge as a part of graduate level study. I then graduated with my Masters in Social Work at the Joint Master of Social Work program at North Carolina A &T State University and UNC-Greensboro in 2021. Throughout my career and educational background I have been honored to work with children and adults from various backgrounds as a teacher assistant, clinician, and social worker.
My approach is a holistic, person-centered one, to ensure you have an active voice in our work together. Who you are and what your experiences are inform us as we partner together in what you are facing. I have special focuses in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy for children from age 5 to 18, play therapy, and individual therapy.
