Hello! I'm so happy that you're here! In my work with adolescents, teen, adults, and families, I focus on grief, anxiety, racial, gender, and sexuality issues. I have significant experience with those who are POC, and neurodivergent and the unique issues that may face them. I also can assist with trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. I like to use talk-based therapy, but I am ultimately here for you and whatever best fits your needs! I also offer a 15-minute free consultation via phone or video to see if we are a match.
I specialize in helping adolescents, teens, and adults from ages 13 to 45 especially those who are neurodivergent, struggling with sexuality/gender identity, racial identity, life transitions, and grief. I love using talk, somatic, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to help connect the brain and body.
You are doing an amazing thing by taking the first step! Thank you for doing so! I am looking forward to meeting with you and starting the healing process!
