I work with people dealing with the struggles that come from living and growing. Many of my clients are dealing with life transitions, relationship problems, grief, stress, anxiety or trauma. They may have noticed patterns in their life they want to change. All of them want to feel better, to function better, and to understand themselves better. I work with individuals looking for change, as well as couples hoping to transform their relationship. Couples are often feeling stuck, having the same conversations over and over but not feeling heard by each other. Living and loving together is difficult and we need a helping hand.

I work to create an environment where you can safely and truly share your internal life. I do this because I believe that putting your experiences into words, speaking them to another, and feeling the emotions that come with them, can be a healing and transformational experience. Once you understand, you can learn how to move towards your goals and values.

People seek out counseling because they want to feel less pain and distress, they want to know more about themselves, they want to live in a way that allows them to grow and flourish.
