Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with and trust can be difficult. I have over 10 years experience working with gay men around issues of identity, relationships, anxiety and with men in recovery from substance abuse. I help clients learn the skills of emotional regulation, healthy communication and boundary setting. I will collaborate with you to identify limiting beliefs and help you gain insight. My clients comment on my ability to create a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental environment and my ability to establish an easy rapport.
I am a National Board Certified Counselor. I am creative and humorous. I believe deeply in the transformational power of the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with curious, creative individuals. . I believe that you deserve to feel respected, supported and understood. I am an active, non-judgemental therapist and I provide feedback and suggestions.
