I am an empathetic & solutions oriented therapist who believes in empowering my clients. I have found that assisting a client to fill their life skills tool box with healthy tools is an excellent way to resolve personal concerns on a long term basis. My therapeutic services are dedicated to assisting clients ages 4-100 in the resolution of individual, marital, familial, relational, trauma/crisis, depression, anxiety, social phobias, anger management, LGBTQ, grief/loss, individuation (adolescent-teen), sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse/neglect, life transitions, codependency, passive-aggressive behavior, and self-esteem concerns.
I utilize various methodologies to accomplish therapeutic goals. I understand that each case is different and as such will require specialized treatment to fit therapeutic goals and client abilities. I primarily consider myself to be a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, however, I often utilize an eclectic approach to problem resolution.
