In order to accomplish this, it is important to create a safe and open environment that is collaborative between client and therapist. I believe in providing a welcoming environment for clients to be able to express themselves authentically with no fear of judgement. Working collaboratively with clients helps the therapist and client be able to recognize thoughts, emotions and behaviors and how each one can contribute to one another. Therapy is about the relationship between the client and the therapist.
I work best with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, major transitions in life, and a variety of other issues.
