I specialize in working with those wanting to manage their anxiety, work through life transitions, break out of the cycle of obsessions and compulsions, process and heal from past trauma, and those looking to repair relationships. I'm trained in EMDR for processing trauma and ERP for managing OCD.
Together we will work towards a deeper understanding of how your emotions and body are interconnected as well as learning to make space for emotions because we aren’t robots. I value humor, sincerity, and directness and hope that sometimes therapy feels like a cozy blanket, sometimes a gentle kick in the tush, and sometimes a call to action.
