It is crucial we acknowledge and take into account all parts of yourself as we move towards healing and transformation. With a certificate in trauma counseling, I specialize in working with trauma survivors. I also enjoy women experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression, birth trauma, and high achieving/anxious adolescents.
