Preteens, adolescents, and young adult women are the best fit for my experience and expertise. I understand that teenagers do not always want to pursue counseling services, and I am understanding of that in a way that assists in my approach to working alongside them.
I am trained in both Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to process through and treat trauma. I also have significant experience in working with teens and young adults.
