Feelings and emotions, ugh. They can make or break our day sometimes. It’s ok, let’s talk about it. Life is hard, but you do not have to do it alone. My goal is for you to feel comfortable in a safe space so that you can process emotions and experiences. I also want you to be able to self-reflect without any judgment while learning how to cope with life's stressors. I find it most beneficial to utilize therapeutic strategies from a cognitive behavioral, person centered, and integrative point of view.
I am committed to providing the support my clients need, which encourages their inner strengths and desires.
