Do you often find yourself struggling with wondering if it is ok to feel the way you do about things? You want things to be different, but it feels like there's something in your way. In my work with clients, we focus on two main areas, what I call the “why” and the “how”. The “why” is about working together to gain a deeper understanding of where your concerns began. The “how” is about what you do with that knowledge to move toward a life you'd enjoy living more.
This combination can empower you to understand where you have been stuck before and feel more ready to "take back the reins" in life again. I utilize evidenced-based theories (ACT, DBT) to help you develop new skills, and lean into your current strengths/values so you can work toward your goals and live with a renewed sense of purpose.
