Understanding ourselves on a deeper level is such a brave and important step towards healing. I am an Enneagram & IFS- Informed Therapist meaning I help my clients understand the lens they see the world through so they can experience greater change and feel more empowered in their lives in a way that is unique to them. I also offer Lifespan Integration.
Asking for help should be celebrated because it takes courage and it is the first step toward freedom and healing. In therapy, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered with a plan to take new steps toward healing and growth.
