Hello, I'm Kelsey, a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor. My heart lies in working with women and adolescents, guiding them through life's challenges to find healing and growth. With trauma as my focus, and my understanding of the complexity of how compounded stress impacts our lives, I have trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which enables me to work with the client to remove the pain/feelings of the trauma and restore life to the pre-trauma level of functioning. I firmly believe that addressing trauma is pivotal to achieving lasting transformation, and I bring a trauma-focused approach to all my counseling sessions.
My therapeutic philosophy revolves around a holistic approach, understanding that mental, emotional, and physical aspects are interconnected. Together, we will work on creating a life worth living, fostering balance, and promoting well-being in all areas of your life.
