I am quite comfortable using a mix of skills (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Smart Recovery) along with psychotherapy to help you reach your goals for treatment. I work extensively with adolescents and young adults including those struggling with ODD, MDD, GAD, substance use, school issues, family conflict, etc.
