Looking for help with OCD, perfectionism or anxiety? You might feel that anxiety has taken charge of your life and that over-thinking, out of control worry or OCD rituals stop you from doing what you want to do. Reach out for evidence-based support to help you take back control of your life. I work with teens and adults on building the skills and confidence to finally manage anxiety and OCD symptoms.
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based treatment for OCD that involves identifying and breaking the OCD cycle. ACT is a mindfulness-based approach that involves building a flexible mindset. ACT is effective in treating anxiety, depression and stress.
I offer free 15 minute consultation calls to see whether we'd be a good fit. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about starting therapy together, reach out!
