Navigating adolescence and young adulthood can be an exciting yet challenging journey. I’m a therapist who is passionate about supporting teens and young adults as they move through these pivotal years with confidence and resilience. Young people today face many unique pressures including academic stress, peer relationships, family conflicts, and identity challenges. Together, we'll explore your experiences, process difficult emotions, and develop coping skills to manage a range of life's challenges. Although I specialize in working with young people, I enjoy working with people across the lifespan.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), parts work, and mindfulness-based techniques tailored to meet your specific needs. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma treatment.
