I am currently accepting new clients but have limited availability. Do you and your partner struggle to communicate, trust one another, feel close to one another, or fight about the same things over and over? Many couples get stuck in negative patterns or cycles of interaction and do not know how to get out. When our relationship with our partner is in distress we can feel disconnected, alone, confused, and frustrated. In my work I help couples by interrupting their negative patterns so that new positive ways of interacting can be experienced.
I graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to meet individuals, couples, and families where they are to support them in the goals that they have.
I have experience in working with children, teenagers, couples, and families who experience a wide variety of problems. My passion is working with couples. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and am Prepare and Enriched Certified.
