My style is accepting, insightful, playful, and body-wise—a warm, gentle presence creating space to be nurtured, explore change, and transmute suffering. With teens, I use humor and realness to make room to explore struggles, successes, and worries. For adults and children, play therapy helps everyone feel understood and imagine new ways of being together.
At Santa Cruz Therapy Collective, we offer in-person & video sessions throughout California. Under Dr. Lindsay Steigner's supervision (PSY24676) I merge somatics, creative arts, storytelling & ritual, cultural awareness, & neuroscientific techniques to holistically treat anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, & developmental disorders in English & Spanish.
