Whether going through a life change, experiencing hardship, or managing challenging symptoms, therapy can be helpful to people from all walks of life. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients become a better version of themselves. I aim to provide my clients with the tools necessary to improve the quality of their daily lives. I hope to provide a warm supportive environment where my clients feel safe to express themselves fully. By doing so, I hope to encourage clients to build self-awareness, engage in self-reflection, and create ongoing positive change.
Currently, I hold a limited permit in mental health counseling. I have a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. My approach includes a combination of mindfulness based practices, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment techniques.
First-time therapy go-ers are certainly welcome to reach out.
