I believe that each person is capable of finding freedom from their current situation and past.
Using an integrative approach I will help you achieve your goals and the needs that you bring into the session, while working collaboratively together in the process. I treat each person individually and bring in their unique background and life journey to provide the best individualized plan.
I hold a safe and nonjudgemental space that allows for individuals to be heard in a world where they may not always have that opportunity.
