I offer individual and couples counseling. I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. I also specialize in anxiety and depression in adults. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I also have experience in guided meditation and stress reduction techniques. My counseling philosophy is designed to help you feel comfortable exploring difficult issues while creating new strategies to deal with life’s challenges. Counseling with me involves a thorough biopsychosocial assessment to ensure that my clients’ needs are being met.

In my 6 years as a social worker, I have worked with clients of all ages, from 2 to 102. I have worked in schools, homes, the community and the hospital setting. I have been at CWC since June of 2021 and I have experience working with individuals, families and couples.
