Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Clinically, she works with children, adolescents, and adults in the St. George office location. Currently, Kelsey is preparing for certification as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and uses Child Centered Play Therapy, AutPlay, Filial Therapy, and other art and play based interventions including Sand Tray Therapy. She is able to accommodate and clinically support preschool age children and above (3+).
With a foundation of trauma focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Kelsey also utilizes DBT, CBT, and other mindful, trauma-informed approaches to support children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, self harm, and suicidality as well as those recovering from trauma, grief, and abuse.
She has experiences in clinically supporting neurodivergent youth and adults with varying support needs. Kelsey provides an accepting and inclusive space for individuals and families to discover acceptance and healing. She is an LGBTQ ally and values being witness to identity and faith journeys.
