I believe in holistic counseling and the wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit. Clients explore unaddressed feelings causing depression, anxiety, and meaning making. My style of counseling incorporates eclectic Psychodynamic theories, Gestalt, and applied Jungian analysis. This intuitive approach increases clients' self awareness.
