I’m Kelsey, a LCSW who specializes in working with children and families. I regularly work with children and their families to aid with anxiety management, coping, attention and behavioral concerns, and parenting challenges. I am committed to fostering personal growth and healing through a collaborative and empathetic approach. My practice integrates various person-centered evidence-based techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges.
My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, compassionate and empathetic. It is important for me to create a safe place for you to come and feel listened to, validated and understood. As a person-centered therapist, I am committed to understanding your unique situation and helping you navigate a path to healing and living your life to the fullest.
Life can throw several different challenges our way and it can be difficult to navigate those challenges alone. I feel it is a privilege and truly appreciate any opportunity given to work alongside you in your journey towards growth and healing.
